Overview
Broadchurch Season 1 is the first season of ITV's crime drama. The season is set in the small, fictional town of Broadchurch, on the Dorset coast. The series follows Detective Inspector Alec Hardy (David Tennant) and Detective Sergeant Ellie Miller (Olivia Colman) as they investigate the murder of an 11-year-old boy, Danny Latimer. The first season is a tense, emotional, and gripping whodunit. The season ends with the revelation that the killer is Joe Miller, Ellie's husband.
